Welcome to the website (the “Site”) of Fiaraa, Inc. (“Fiaraa,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Fiaraa provides an digital marketplace in which we connect buyers of used auto parts to individuals or recyclers who have the required used part to supply.
We are committed to protecting our customers' privacy. Your privacy through the use of the Web site located at URL http://www.fiaraa.com ("the Site") is paramount in that goal. Other service providers we use on the site include credit card processors and shipping services. Your privacy is extremely important to us. fiaraa.com has the unlimited right to collect data regarding the use of our websites, products, and/or services (including, without limitation, data or information regarding the relationship between vehicle identification numbers and the parts included in such vehicle, information regarding the part searches performed by users of the Services, and information regarding how users navigate and/or use the Services) (such data and information being collectively referred to as “Collected Data”).

•Username(s) and password(s) used to access the Services (if applicable);
•Data and information regarding the relationship between vehicle identification numbers and the parts included in such vehicle;
•Data and information regarding part searches performed by users of our websites, products, and services;

•Data and information regarding parts ordered and/or added to estimates;

•Uniform Resource Locator (“URL”) click stream data, including date and time stamp, referring and exit URLs, search terms you used, and pages you visited or searched for on the Service; and

fiaraa.com does not intend to collect personally identifiable information (as defined below) about users of the Services. If the Collected Data does contain personally identifiable information about any user of the Services, fiaraa.com does not intend to disclose such personally identifiable information to any other party (except as set forth under  Disclosure of Collected Data  below, or with such user’s consent); provided, however, that fiaraa.com may use any such personally identifiable information internally for the purposes identified herein. SOCIAL MEDIA PAGES
Personal Data We Collect Through Our Social Media Pages: We have pages on social media sites like Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook (“Social Media Pages”). When you interact with our Social Media Pages, we will collect Personal Data that you elect to provide to us, such as your contact details. In addition, the companies that host our Social Media Pages may provide us with aggregate information and analytics regarding the use of our Social Media Pages.

We keep Personal Data for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, while we have a business need to do so, or as required by law (e.g. for tax, legal, accounting or other purposes), whichever is the longer.

CHILDREN
Our Service is not directed to children who are under the age of 18. Fiaraa does not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under the age of 18. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 18 has provided Personal Data to Fiaraa through the Service please contact us at legal@fiaraa.com and we will endeavor to delete that information from our databases.

The Service may contain links to other websites not operated or controlled by Fiaraa, including social media services (“Third Party Sites”). The information that you share with Third Party Sites will be governed by the specific privacy policies and terms of service of the Third Party Sites and not by this Privacy Policy. By providing these links we do not imply that we endorse or have reviewed these sites. Please contact the Third Party Sites directly for information on their privacy practices and policies.
